The Doll House
Map #16

Named so by local residents because of its small size, this is one of the more interesting dwellings in the village. Paul Touart suggests that this cottage may have been a slave quarter or a kitchen building and probably dates to the mid- 19th century. There is a stilted frame dairyat the northwest corner of the house, dating to the same period. A barn on the property dates to the late 19th century
