Welcome to Skipjack.net. By using Skipjack.net you accept and agree that Skipjack.net provides its service to you, subject to the following terms of service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Skipjack.net currently provides users with access to a rich collection of resources about the Lower Shore of Delmarva, including, various Internet communications tools. By using this website, you understand and agree that Skipjack.net and its member sites may include advertisements and content provided by other parties. You also understand and agree that this site may include certain communications from Skipjack.net and its member sites, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Skipjack Newsletter. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current site, including the release of new Skipjack.net properties, shall be subject to the terms of service. You understand and agree that the Skipjack.net is provided "AS-IS" and that Skipjack.net assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or updating of it's content. Please be aware that Skipjack.net has not created any areas on its sites that contain adult or mature content. Also, Skipjack.net does not market to minor children. "Publicly accessible" areas of the site are those areas of the Skipjack network of properties that are intended by Skipjack.net to be available to the general public. However, publicly accessible areas of the Skipjack.net would not include portions of the Skipjack Network that are limited to participating members.

NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of Skipjack.net, use of Skipjack.net, or access to Skipjack.net.

Skipjack.net reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Skipjack.net (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Skipjack.net shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of Skipjack.net.

DEALINGS WITH MEMERS
Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers or content providers found on or through Skipjack.net including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such content provider or advertiser. You agree that Skipjack.net shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers or content providers on the Service. Any information or communication with the owners of member sites is the users' responsibility. Minor children should get permission from a parent or guardian before making contact with anyone on a Skipjack site.

The Skipjack.net or its members may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Skipjack.net has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Skipjack.net is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Skipjack.net shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Notices to you may be made via either email or regular mail. The Skipjack.net may also provide notices of changes to the TOS or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on the Service.

PRIVACY
If you register for our newsletter we may ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. Skipjack.net automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address and cookie information, and the page you request. This information is collected only for the purpose of tracking the usefulness of Skipjack.net and its member sites.

Except as expressly authorized by Skipjack.net or advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on Skipjack.net in whole or in part. Skipjack.net grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the object code of its sites on a single computer; provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right. You agree not to modify Skipjack.net content in any manner or form, or to use modified versions of Skipjack.net content. You agree not to access Skipjack.net content by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Skipjack.net for use in accessing the Service.
